Materials That Fit the House
Much of New Albany was planned from the late 1980s on around a traditional style: brick, steep pitches, dormers and chimneys. Those homes look best with heavier architectural or designer shingles in colors chosen to suit the brick, and they need careful flashing at every chimney and dormer.
Many neighborhoods also have design standards for exterior changes. Check with your association first — we can supply the product specs and samples they usually ask for.
